Our Facilities Cavas Robert J. Mur S.A. has a fabulous facilities, our galeries are considered as a unique in its sector. We can store about 7.000.000 of bottles, with a constant low temperature during all year, and with a suficient humidity degree to give our Cava, an unrivalled conditions that generates an excellent quality Cava Reserva and Gran Reserva of a distinguished Vintage. Our experience of more than 100 years from our great group of professionals, tells us that it is necessary a manual (remouage) and a meticulous quality control of all our bottles. The effort of all our specialists helps all our distinguished Cavas improving every year to reach at the most demanding market with their very best conditions that the present market demands us. We are noted as well for our selected yeasts used in our laboratory, this way we can elaborate unique "bouquets" during all year.
