Description
White medium-sweet wine, produced with grape varieties indigenous
to the Penedés region, with golden tones and sweet and
fruty taste.
Gastronomic suggestions
Suitable for any kind of appetizing, above all nuts and dried
fruits, fresh cheeses and slightly cured cheeses. Ideal and very
pleasant for starters, spicy meals and specially for processed
cured cold meat.
We recommend it be served very cold, at a temperatura of 5-7ºC. |

WHITE MEDIUM WINE: VINTAGE 2.001
1.- Production Method:
Fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel vats at 16-18º
C.
2.- Wine Garpes: (varietal composition)
Macabeo 50 % and Xarel.lo 50%.
3.- Organoleptic Description:
- Aspect: A pale yellow colour green reflections. clear and transparent.
- Bouquet: An open wine with a half aromatic intensity, with exotic
fruty pineapple notes, ripe apple and delicated touches of jam.
- Flavour: Smooth and well-balanced on the palate. Moderate alcoholic
tenancy and noble acidity. The after taste leaves a sweet touch
that characterize this wine.
