WHITE DRY WINE : VINTAGE 2.001
1.- Production Method:
Fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel vats at 16-18º
C.
2.- Wine Grapes: (varietal
composition) Macabeo 50 % and Xarel.lo 50%.
3.- Organoleptic Description:
- Aspect: A pale yellow colour green reflections. clear and transparent.
- Bouquet: An open wine with a great aromatic intensity, fresh
with fruty green apple hints and delicated pineapple touches.
- Flavour: Smooth and well-balanced on the palate. Moderate alcoholic
tenancy and noble acidity, with slight acid after taste.

- Alcohol content: 11,10 % Vol.
- Total acidity (H2 SO4): 6,10 gr/L.
- Ph: 2,95 gr/L.
- Total sulphurous: 77,00 mgr/L.
- Residual sugar: 0,45 gr/L. |
