Grape skin maceration during about 6-8 days at a controlled temperature
to obtain a good color substance extraction. Gently pressed with
an efficiency of 60 %.

cellars.

Description:
- Red color with purple hints, with intensive fruity aromas and
slight memories od spices, in mouth is wide, tasty, soft and with
silky tanins.
