as the name suggests. It is worthy of the highest praise that
can be given to a Gran Cava that is very smooth, elegant
and balanced.

Macabeo 30%, Xarel·lo 30%, Parellada 40%.
Ageing
Over 36 months in the cellars.
Organoleptic Description
Light straw-yellow. Stable, long-lasting foam produced by very
fine bubbles. This gives it a good perlage. Typical aroma of the
grape varieties used to make it. Easy, light and pleasant due
to its good acidity/sugar balance.
