Rosé dry wine, produced with grape varieties indigenous
to the Penedés region, Garnatxa, Monastrell and Tempranillo.
Ideal for any kind of meals. Elaborado con las variedades. Well
balanced with fine palate and silky.

We recommend it be served very cold, at a temperatura of 6-8
ºC.

ROSÉ DRY WINE: VINTAGE 2.001
1.- Production Method:
Brief must maceration of 24-30 hours with the grape skin. Fermented
at a low and slow temperature in stainless steel vats at 16-18º
C.
2.- Wine
Garpes: Garnacha 65 % and tempranillo 35%.
3.- Organoleptic Description:
- Aspect: Bright cherry color with some purple shades, clear
and transparent.
- Bouquet: Franc and aromatic
with some rifined aromas of ripe fruits, tipical from Garnatxa.
- Flavour: Smooth and well-balanced on the palate. Moderate
alcoholic tenancy, noble acidity and a touch of wild fruits.

- Alcohol content: 11,30 % Vol.
- Total acidity (H2 SO4): 6,00 gr/L.
- Ph: 3,19 gr/L.
- Total sulphurous: 106,00 mgr/L.
