Description
Young red wine of great delicacy
and elegancy. Produced via traditional method with grape varieties
indigenous to the Penedés region, Merlot, Tempranillo
and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Gastronomic
suggestions
Red meats, cooked ham, full-fat cheese and some smoked fishes.
We recommend it be served very cold, at a temperatura of 6-8
ºC.

RED WINE :VINTAGE 2.000 (D.O. Penedés)
1.- Production Method:
Grape skin maceration during about 6-8 days at a controlled temperature
to obtain a good color substance extraction, later we press it
gently with an efficiency of 60 %.
2.- Wine Grapes Tempranillo 100%.
3.- Organoleptic Description:
- Aspect: Deep ruby color with slight sheen ochres.
- Bouquet: Complex aroma with spicy hints and wine-like.
- Flavour: Balanced, tasty and with soft textured tanins in mouth.
Light body and easy assimilation. Quite large aftertaste with
slight touch of red wild fruits.
